Try Us, Love Us Guarantee

The Try us, Love us guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Try us, Love us guarantee only applies to your first pack of Rascals diapers, training pants or wipes purchased online or in store.

You must provide your proof of purchase to be eligible for the Try us, Love us guarantee.

Shipping fees will not be refunded under the Try us, Love us guarantee.

In order to claim under this guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase, noted on your proof of purchase.

Each new customer is only eligible for the Try us, Love us guarantee one (1) time.

The Try us, Love us guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating to any faults with Rascals products.

Guarantees and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law and the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the State of California, USA.

Rascals reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or suspend the Try us, Love us guarantee and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Final decision on the Try us, Love us guarantee eligibility is at the discretion of Rascals.
