Information collected automatically (cookies) is used by Rascal and Friends for aggregated statistical analyses or systems administration purposes only. Entrants in Competitions, Contests and Sweepstakes
We may offer competitions, sweepstakes and contests through the Website that may require registration. By participating in a competition, contest or sweepstake, you agree to the terms, conditions and official rules that govern that particular promotion. If you choose to enter a competition, sweepstake or contest, we may disclose personal information to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such competition, contest or sweepstake, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfilment, and as required by law or permitted by the official rules, such as on a winners’ list.
Job Candidates
We collect information from job candidates. This information will contain personal information such as name, address, employment history and reference details.
Generally, we will collect personal information directly from the job candidate but some information may be provided by third parties providing human resource services. Job candidate personal information will be used for recruitment purposes and to evaluate the job candidate’s application. Where we wish to use the information for other purposes we will seek job candidates’ agreement beforehand.

10. How long will we keep your personal data?

Rascal and Friends complies with the rights given to EU Citizens under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Californian Citizens under California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA). This enables you to receive additional details or a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. The file containing your personal information will be kept on our servers and those of our service providers.

Note that this right is to in response to a request for disclosure or only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
Do not track right. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals. We don’t respond to them at this time. We wait the result of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form is should take. If you turn on Do Not Track in your website browser, we will respect your choice.
We don’t have any automated processing including profiling. 12. This website is not intended for children
Our Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 without permission from a parent or guardian.
